Tips, Preparation and Technique.
how to maximise the Linkedin opportunity; Your Profile, Engagement, Getting Noticed By Hirers, Research, Jobs, Premium or Not?
- Working with Recruiters, Job Boards and Recruitment Websites
How to work with/which recruiters to work with? How to get the most out of job boards. Finding niche recruitment websites/recruiters.
Understanding the collateral in your network. Refreshing your networking and getting yourself in the core of your professional community, to gain exposure, meet strangers and build credibility.
- Personal Branding
Check all your personal branding touchpoints clearly define your candidate/interim proposition; that your brand is being represented the way you want it to be and key messages are being delivered.
- Targeted & Speculative Strategies
Building a targeted action plan (targeting companies and individuals) and activity map; mapping actions to ensure each target company (ie, dream companies you would like to work for/with, including 3 people in each) is approached. This enables you to take more control and manage your own campaign (without relying as much on recruiters). Set more hares running.
- Cluster of 4 x (45 minute) Coaching Sessions
Highly focussed, transformational sessions, working with you to achieve your career goals. Each session begins with the goal in mind, or if you are unsure of what that goal looks like, we can work together to provide a clearer vision to enable you to progress and journey through your career funnel.
- Cluster of 4 x (45 minutes) Mentoring Sessions
Mentoring guidance sessions to keep your career transition on track, offering totally impartial, unbiased and expert pragmatic guidance in all aspects; from interview preparation, working with recruiters, networking strategies, negotiating offers, etc.
With all Cluster Sessions you will have access to unlimited call/email dialogue throughout this period; with expert support on tap.
These sessions are led by you and what-ever challenges you are faced with, whether that be procrastination/keeping your job search moving; feeling out of touch with how it all works; confidence building after redundancy; or simply, just the reassurance of having an expert on hand to guide and support you through this key, transitional period.
Either a full 3 hour session or 2 x 90 minute sessions. Currently all sessions are delivered over the phone or via Zoom.
