MDS: No ordinary graduate scheme

MDS – Management Development Services provides 2 year graduate scheme with formal management training. 4 different roles in 4 different businesses across the whole food & fresh produce supply chain.

They recruit up to 30 trainees per year who are placed in secondments in their 30+ member companies who collaborate via MDS to attract the leaders of tomorrow to the industry. Members include key industry players such as Barfoots, Syngenta, Aldi & PepsiCo.

After the scheme, trainees are offered roles within member companies and go on to progress through management in the industry. There are MDS alumni working as directors of retailers and suppliers, working with growers, software providers, as consultants and that have set up their own businesses.

MDS offer vacancies within different areas including Engineering, Technical, Production / Manufacturing and Buying / Purchasing.
