Thorntons have be making delicious chocolates for over one hundred years and we are proud to say we are Britain’s largest chocolate manufacturer and retailer.

Thorntons began life as the dream of Joseph William Thornton who opened our first shop in October 1911 and now the business operates hundreds of stores across the UK, as well as having a presence on line and in the big multiples, producing some of the countries well known and best loved confectionary such as Continental, Thorntons fudge and our own secret recipe Special Toffee!

We pride ourselves on producing not only the best chocolate but also the most passionate and dedicated people.
