Reporting to the regional Regulatory Head, the Regulatory Manager is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of compliance policies, processes, and programs for the country business, consisting of medicines, electrical products, dietary supplements, and/or household consumer chemical products. The position will work closely with the regional Regulatory Head to ensure appropriate communication, escalation, and prioritization of issues. You will be responsible for influencing Marketing, Sales, Quality, Legal, Supply Chain and R&D leaders to support identified improvements, as well as culture changes, to ensure an appropriate level of compliance risk within the business. You will have regulatory oversight of new product launches in the EU market which includes review, approval and release to market new products, and any changes throughout the product lifecycle. This position is responsible for supporting regulatory inspections and certification audits and ensuring compliance of product realization.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Will have extensive experience within a regulatory role in a similar industry (FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Products or Electrical Devices) and working knowledge of EU and UK post-Brexit legislation. On top of this candidates will need:

Practical understanding, interpretation, and application of the current UK and European regulations for pharmaceutical, electrical products.Expert in at least 1 area: Consumer products, Electrical devices.Generalist in at least 1 area: Dietary supplements, PharmaceuticalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.The cross functional nature of our organisation means that the Regulatory Manager will need to build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders.Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.If this Regulatory Manager job is of interest and you would like to investigate further, apply TODAY!
