Job Title: Multi-skilled Engineer
Shift: 4o4o permanent nights (6-6)
Salary: £52,000 PA
We are currently recruiting for a proactive Multi-skilled Engineer to join an innovative food company at their purpose built site in Norfolk. You will be a qualified maintenance engineer- mechanical and electrical bias considered. Primarily, responsible for working closely with the Production Manager and Shift Supervisor to keep downtime to a minimum.
Responsibilities include react quickly to all breakdowns and maintenance calls, effective maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance, liaise with production colleagues on priorities and downtime, identify areas for continuous improvement, ensure safe working area at all times.
You will hold a relevant mechanical or electrical engineering qualification and have previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment (food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, plastics etc.). You will be a team player who communicates effectively.
