Key Responsibilities:

As the Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, maintaining product quality, and leading a dynamic team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing the overall technical operations and quality control functions.
  2. Implementing and maintaining robust internal auditing processes.
  3. Collaborating with retailers to meet their audit standards and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Applying your expertise in dairy products to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety.
  5. Overseeing the performance of the quality team and providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Working closely with the Head of Operations to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of organizational goals.



To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager in a similar role at a reputable company.
  2. Proven track record in internal auditing and familiarity with BRC audits.
  3. HACCP Level 3 certification is essential.
  4. Extensive experience working with products related to the dairy industry.
  5. Strong knowledge of retailer audit standards and experience in meeting them.
  6. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
