With your food safety helmet of salvation, sharp attention to detail - experience in quality assurance habits sound knowledge quality management systems and food safety processes this is a great role for you!
You might be a Quality Auditor looking to progress or worked as a Process Technologist wanting transition to a more Technical and Quality focus role...what's stopping you?
As a genuine foodie with experience of the UK food manufacturing sector, you'll be an advocate of promoting the importance of food safety, works well in a team as well as to your own initiative. It's not just about doing the basics but delivering the best results for the company as well as the customers.
The responsibilities will include:
* Handling of day to day quality and food safety issues
* Audit schedules, investigations, non conformances and complaints
* Inspection of raw materials and finished product against the customer specs
* GMP, CCPs, Safe working practices
* Supporting NPD teams and new product trials and launches
* Shelf life analysis and quality procedures
Good communication skills, an enthusiastic personality and a self motivated candidate will be great attributes for this role and ideally experience within UK Food Manufacturing.
