Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
Shift: 4o4o rotating days / nights
Salary: £48,600 rising to £51,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join an international FMCG company at their bespoke site near Ely. You will be a qualified mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled engineer who has recent experience in a similar position. Primarily, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the engineering shift.

Responsibilities include prioritising workorders, ensuring PPM schedules are kept to, driving continuous improvements, root cause analysis, developing team members and identifying areas for training requirements, contractors management, permits and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed by all team members.

You will hold a relevant mechanical or electrical engineering qualification and have previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment (food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, plastics etc.). You will be a strong, diplomatic leader who communicates clearly and effectively and all levels.
