Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? We have an opportunity for a Night Shift Manager in the packaging industry to join a growing premium packaging team.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee night operations and lead a team of talented individuals. If you're ready to take your career to new heights, read on!
Main responsibilities:
- Solely responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging facility during the night hours
- Oversee and coordinate training activities and maintain productivity levels
- Ensure high levels of H&S and adhere company SOP's
- Deal with any quality discrepancies
- Daily KPI's tracking and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in FMCG sector
- 5 years of experience in packaging
- Previous use of EPS system or similar system
- Previous knowledge of SFDC and PSA - desirable
In return
- Working Mon to Thu - 6pm to 4am hours
- Progression opportunities
- No weekends
