Are you a Production Manager or an experienced Production Shift Manager looking to take a step up?
Looking for that positive working environment and somewhere to grow and develop your skills?
We are currently working with a well-established, market leading multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Manager to join the team.
The core responsibilities of the role will focus around Health and Safety, Quality Process and Hygiene, Customer Service, Plant Performance, People Management and Communication.
You will need to have experience within a Production Shift Manager/Production Manager level role within the food industry. Analytical mindset and approach to problem solving, team player and strong communication skills. Understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles.
