Quality Supervisor

Zest is in search of a QA Supervisor looking for their next challenge in the Food Manufacturing industry to join a long-standing, well-established business.

Must have knowledge and awareness of HACCP, Food Safety and internal auditing.

The responsibilities will include:
* Handling of day-to-day quality and food safety issues
* Audit schedules, investigations, non-conformances and complaints
* Inspection of raw materials and finished product against the customer specs
* Supporting and advising production on quality requirements
* GMP, CCPs, Safe working practices
* Provide Quality/Food Safety training to Production team
* Management of site visits

Good communication skills, an enthusiastic personality and a self-motivated candidate are great attributes for this role.

You must have experience in quality and food manufacturing.
