Our multi-sited client is synonymous with quality, success and ambitious growth plans. They manufacture a wide range of delicious ready to eat products and due to expansion are looking for a Production Team Leader to cover the morning shift M-F 6am-2pm.

You will lead, develop and coach a team of production professionals. You will strive to meet demanding production KPIs, ensuring standards are optimised and continuous team development is at the forefront of your agenda.  Identifying and improving efficiencies, increasing output and reducing wastage, you’ll also be expected to implement and monitor GMP standards, to ensure that the quality and safety of products and service are at optimum levels.

With at least 1 years supervisory experience, ideally in the food industry, you’ll possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills and have a upbeat and positive approach. Career prospects across the wider group are excellent.
