Distribution Team Manager - Bolton 

If you have Distribution and Warehouse Management experience and are looking for a new challenge, we are looking for an experienced Team Manager for our Warehouse and Distribution team in the very heart of Warburtons, Bolton.

You’ll be managing shift teams across Boltons Warehouse and Distribution and will have previous experience of Transport and compliance legislation within a Distribution environment. You’ll be passionate about people and development whilst always working to our Health & Safety and Quality commitments. Salary: 36,000 to £41,000 base salary depending on experience

Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6am-6pm days and nights

Location: Bolton BL1

Essential Ingredients

• Experienced in managing and leading a team within a Warehouse and Distribution environment (FMCG)
• Working with your team to fulfil customer requirements in a 24/7 distribution environment
• Managing and leading by example with Health & Safety, Compliance, costs and our own Warburtons standards
• An excellent planner, highly organised and able to prioritise the business needs daily whilst being able to motivate and bring out the best in your team
• Have a good understanding of WTD and Tachograph Laws, transport legislation and agency compliance
