Are you a Driver Operations Team Manager on top of your game?

Working alongside your fellow Team Managers and reporting into the Driver Operations Manager you will manage and develop a team of around 18 drivers drivers, making sure customer requirements are met in full and on time in a safe manner.

Key Accountabilities and Measures

• Managing a team Secondary Drivers, taking responsibility for all people management activities throughout the employee lifecycle of their team in order to drive improved performance building a positive and motivated team where everyone is engaged.
• Maintain compliance to transport operator’s and driver regulations (and Warburtons Distribution Manual) ensuring continued legal transport operation
• To manage a team of ‘Secondary Distribution Drivers’ to ensure agreed performance levels are achieved whilst ensuring high standards of customer service
