HR Advisor

Our manufacturing client is a leading player in the FMCG market and is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Advisor to join the team. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has experience with day-to-day HR operations and is now looking for their next challenge within an award winning and highly rewarding business.

The HR function is highly valued within the business at both a local and global level, with a sharp focus on continuous improvement and working towards a common shared goal. Management has strong working relationships with the HR function and building internal relationships and trust will be highly important.

This is standalone role with the support of a wider HR network, so a great opportunity for a HR Advisor that enjoys high levels of autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

*HR operations
*Employee lifecycle processes
*Compliance
*Recruitment
*Involvement in exciting ad hoc HR projects.


What you'll bring to the role:

CIPD certification would be advantageous (but not essential), and we expect to see experience within manufacturing and ideally within the food sector. However, experience within retail or similar fast paced industries will be considered.
It's imperative that you can build strong relationships both in person and remotely and have a natural curiosity and desire to make improvements and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
A driving license with access to your own transport is essential, as you may have to visit neighbouring sites on occasion (fuel expenses covered).
