To maintain, improve and implement the quality and food safety systems

To keep all documentation control and updatesTo carry out traceability and mass balances exercises as and when neededTo carry out raw material and supplier approvals/ monitoring/appraisals & auditsTo maintain raw material, IP and packaging information, specifications and risk assessments Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company Food Safety, GMP and Hygiene policies and procedures.To initiate and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.To manage the customer complaints log and complete an investigation report.To establish, manage and authorize specifications of ingredients, packaging and finished products utilizing the Academie expertise where relevant.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

High level of analytical skill.Excellent communication skills.Min 3 years' experience working in food safety supervisory role in food manufacturing sectorTrained in food safety level 3.
