Job Title: Health & Safety Advisor
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Location: Cheshire

There aren't too many opportunities in the H&S Space within a manufacturing business who are investing, expanding & committed to their H&S Strategy!

Working alongside senior leadership you'll be responsible for promoting a H&S culture in the workplace and ensure safety policies are adopted and adhered to.

You'll also ensure the site complies with all legislative H&S requirements. With a dotted line to the Group H&S Manager, you'll deliver all the elements of a robust H&S plan and comply with all internal and external audits.

In addition to maintaining H&S continuous improvement projects with the operations team.

Ideal candidate:
- Experience in a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor or similar role in an FMCG company driving change and improvements.
- A passionate and strong communicator who is able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive rather than reactive to prevent issues from arising.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- NEBOSH cert / IOSH / EMEA desirable but not essential!
