Aa day based Hygiene Manager role has come to market within a reputable business in Northampton. This role sits within the hygiene function of a busy and fast-paced food factory. Therefore, if you have experience in the food industry and are looking for a role in a new environment or product sector where you will manage a hygiene team this could be right up your street.

Your role will involve ensuring that the site is continuously managed to high standards in alignment with the UK’s food standards and legislation. You will be positioned in a strong team and always have others around to support you in your personal development, while having the opportunity to coach and mentor your own team to help them achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for leading all customer audits and managing a good size team of all sorts of personalities and experience. The customer pool is huge so you'll need to be on your A game when it comes to being audit ready at all times.  

This role is based on a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, days. So, you will be able to enjoy applying everything you have learnt from working those gruling night shifts BUT have your evenings to yourself.
