We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at our flagship manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire. As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engineering department and ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers over 2 factories, managing projects, and implementing best practices to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Oversee our manufacturing equipment's maintenance, repair, and optimisation, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and strategies to prolong the lifespan of equipment and minimize potential breakdowns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive operational excellence and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Drive and support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment and implementing safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Time served apprentice or minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
