Technical Co-Ordinator

We are shortlisting for a brand new opportunity with a prominent UK food business offering a vast range of products to their customers.

If you are a technically talented candidate with a sound knowledge quality management systems and food safety processes this is a great role for you!
Your main duties will be to support, review, update of procedures, ensuring products are compliant and food safety and quality standards are met, complaint handling and resolution, report on non conformances and preventative actions, data analysis and trending, micros and testing schedules .

Supporting the Technical and Quality function of the business, excellent attention to detail is required as well as a champion of continuous improvement and the ability to adapt in a fast moving environment.

You must have UK food manufacturing experience, knowledge of HACCP and exposure to BRC and an understanding of retailers codes of practices would be advantageous.
Food Technology/Food Science or related degree is desirable.
Confident communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise with members of staff and customers.
The position will suit a forward thinking and affable individual who works well in a team and with a keen passion for delivering and with good organisational skills.
