Reporting into the Production Department Manager you will be responsible for operating multiple assets and directing and supervising colleagues to meet our customer demand. You will ensure that the assets are running to safety and quality standards set through the KPI's.

Key Responsibilities;

Safe and efficient operation of multiple machines to deliver required business output and OEE target with all aspects of quality and food safety, including CCPs.

SIC and Giveaway understanding, control and delivery.

Basic maintenance of equipment in AOR, cooperation with engineering

Training of new starters and others to the required standard

Driving process improvements within their AOR

Ensure Food Safety and H&S understanding and compliance in area of responsibility (AOR)

Ensure the efficient operation of the AOR, communicate any issues and variations to plan/performance to the Department Manager.

Shift pattern;

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows:

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

We offer an additional £1000 pa shift allowance for working days and nights.
