This days-based role allows you to work for a company who holds a great market share, here you will be responsible for managing a team within a fast-paced production environment. You will need to be able to meet KPIs and focus on the quality and consistency of the product.

Not only will you be an experienced leader who is passionate about what your job, but you will be someone who has the knowledge and experience to upskill and develop your team.

Experience within the food manufacturing industry would be preferred.
