The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a sales professional who loves customer contact, thrives on communication, can create strong relationships, and know their clients inside and out. Someone who can run with initiative and thrives on the hunt for sales. Ideally you will come from an FMCG background.
About the Role
You will be getting involved and shaping the sales division. With a fast-rising start-up atmosphere and an impressive client list, your job will be to act as the lead in securing existing new and existing client partnerships. Identifying new business opportunities and cross-sell with existing partnerships.
Managing relationships in a structured way through account planning and management is a key part to the role.
About Our Client
Our client is the largest cold pressed juice manufacturer in the UK. They produce all their drinks in-house at their Cambridge factory. Daily Dose started in the founder's mum's kitchen and has since moved to a 40,000 sq ft BRC AA+ site. They produce the finest cold pressed juice which is sold in this country and further afield. They focus on sustainability; working with local farmers to use surplus wonky fruit and veg, turning our organic waste into Biofuels and only using bottles made from recycled materials.
Minimum Requirements
- Full understanding of food industry market is an absolute must and CV's without this will not be considered. It is desirable to have experience of major food retailers.
- Experience of account management with the food arena.
- Financial awareness.
- Broad commercial acumen.
- Company ambassador in food marketplace.
- Field Sales management experience.
- Account management experience of at least 2 years.
- Experience developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
