Senior/Recruitment Consultant

Henderson Brown have been established since 2009 and have expanded every year since. We are continuing this growth by not only winning new business, but also by offering an excellent service to our existing clients. As a result of this expansion we are looking to strengthen the team by hiring some established recruitment consultants to join the team and help us grow further.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with solid recruitment experience in whatever sector as our belief is that if you have the skills, the sector knowledge can be learnt. We need someone used to working at pace and used to dealing with people both face to face and over the phone. We believe in developing everyone in the business and so everyone has a personal development plan to enable them to reach their full potential. We have both internal and external training available which will help you along this journey.
We operate from modern offices in offices on the outskirts of Leicester where it is a lively but professional environment in which to work. We work hard, yet maintain a healthy work life balance and actively encourage everyone in the team to do this, we have flexibility on home working.

The salary is negotiable but comes with a sound basic with a bonus scheme achievable from day one which is one of the best out there. The opportunity to earn a significant salary is absolutely achievable.
