Engineering Manager

Henderson Brown are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the fastest growing major foods brands in the UK to assist with the recruitment of an Engineering Manager.

Working Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership & management of the engineering team across two sites.

Role responsibilities:
* Responsible for delivering site targets through a range of maintenance tools and techniques.
* Leadership and development of the engineering team
* Ensuring all plant machinery and packing lines are correctly maintained and set up to meet production plan.
* Ensuring H&S is followed at all times.
* Responsible for all contractors on site.
* Undertaking audits, reviews and corrective action.

You will require:
* Engineering degree.
* Multi-skilled knowledge (Electrical & Mechanical).
* Previous experience within an FMCG environment.
* Previous team leadership/management experience.
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
