Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Services Manager to join our team at a food manufacturing factory. This is an exciting time to join the business after recent investment into the site and to work for one of the UK's leading food and drinks companies as a Site Services Manager. 

You will proactively manage the Energy usage for the site and look to ensure that the best available techniques are applied in the area of energy generation, distribution and waste and effluent disposal. As a part of the Engineering function, the Site Services Manager will work with the site and Group to strive to achieve optimal operational efficiency at the lowest cost through the delivery of targets against the strategic objectives of the Group Supply function:

• Quality
• Cost
• Delivery
• Safety
• People

A primary aim will be to ensure the site is working to attain optimum efficiencies, effectiveness and profitability, initiating and implementing change as appropriate to meet the needs of the business. Where appropriate you will be responsible for ensuring any related major projects are delivered to the pre-agreed costs, schedules and performance criteria.
