Excellent opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a well-established food business and have full autonomy of the business improvement strategy.
Do you have experience leading business improvement initiatives? Are you passionate about making a difference and transforming and improving operations? If so, then this could be the perfect role for you!
The Role:
As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for transforming the operations of our client's business.
You will use your knowledge and experience to promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek out improvements in all areas.
You will be expected to coach, motivate, and engage with others to ensure that the business is continually improving and striving for excellence.
You will be the driving force in embedding a CI culture across the factory.
The ideal professional:
You will have a proven ability to coach others in CI thinking and application, with experience of working within a manufacturing environment. You will have a solid knowledge and application of "Lean" basics such as material and labour management, maintenance and engineering, production, and planning.
You will also be an expert problem solver, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively with senior stakeholders.
