Protea Recruitment is looking to chat with candidates with experience in Specifications, looking for a Hybrid Role. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client's enthusiastic team at their fast-growing manufacturing premises, dedicated to producing a wide range of products. The company has ambitious plans to expand, which include the development of new products to target their market all over the world. 

Responsibilities, Duties and Requirements:

• Create and monitor CoA’s for customers
• Answer any technical queries for customers
• Create and monitor Critical Path forms
• Ingredient declaration check for new recipes- request and create trial label summary if required
• Log nutritional test results
• Create retailer specs- and complete customer spec queries
• Create PCS for products
• Complete or check finished product allergen risk summary, concession forms (according to retailer’s requirement)
• ITL form updates
• Monitor product DNA portal- HFSS
• Main contact for retailers
• Weekly portal updates for retailers
• Complete retailer related training
• Artwork checks and technical approval
• Check final packaging order sheet
• Responsible for goods intake sheet
• Daily label checks
• Create and update launch summaries
• Update and monitor pallet summary sheet
• Request labelling standards
• Create batch codes, recipes and water sheet
• Responsible for sieving list calculations
• Attend regular meetings

Mon-Fri 8am – 4pm

Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience in collecting and analysing data.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Highly organized & details orientated.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
• The ability to cope with pressure of demanding targets & deadlines
