Technical Manager

My client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead their technical team in food manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products produced and dispatched meet customer requirements, managing serious issues and implementing corrective and preventative measures, and adhering to and ensuring that all staff adhere to the business food safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Ensuring the quality and safety of ingredients and products produced and dispatched meet customer requirements
* Managing serious issues and implementing corrective and preventative measures
* Adhering to and ensuring that all staff adhere to the business food safety standards at all times
* Managing customer complaint investigations and responses, driving reductions in complaints through ingredient management and process control
* Managing microbiological issues for product and environment
* Promoting a positive health and safety culture
