Process Technologist

Zest are working with an outstanding client, with a top reputation within the food manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Process technologist to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities for this position will include working with the NPD team to approve products for scale up and launch, keeping in line with all customer requirements.

Updating all products within their files before they are translated over to final specifications.

Being proactive with your role to liaise across all teams on site to influence, educate and consult to launch products successfully - communication will be very important to succeed in this role.

You will also be involved with them implementation of new equipment and processes into the factory, keeping up to date on your product knowledge by regularly attending taste panels.

The right person for this role will have minimum 2 years of previous experience in Process role and a food manufacturing environment, you must be outgoing and keen to get stuck in with helping the team.

Higher education within food is desired but non-essential providing you have all the right experience; this role will be suitable for a Process Technologist keen to progress or a Senior Process technologist with a product preference.
