This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading UK gluten free bakery and help lead the implementation and development of a HR function, partnering with the management team to shape the culture as it embarks on a period of growth.

We are looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track record in HR to maintain our culture, nurture, support and collaborative environment and achieve high performance. Within this role you will work closely with internal stakeholders, implement, and advise on employment policies, head up a highly efficient HR function and be integral in creating and delivering people strategy. You will be based at our South Wales site but will need to travel to our Liverpool head office as an when required.

You will be a member of the Management team and be responsible for leading and shaping the HR agenda and devising a HR strategic plan whilst implementing and enhancing policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for delivery of the employee relations agenda, driving the performance management agenda and succession planning programme across the business, as well as delivering commercial HR, reward and recruitment solutions which attracts and develops talent, enhances employee engagement and is able to support a fast paced and transforming organisation. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to bring ideas and add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Manager/HR Business Partner with a proven track record of delivering HR solutions at an operational level, enabling continuous improvement and staff development.
