Senior Product Manager

The Company

This premium brand is rapidly expanding and are already market leaders in their sector, with ambitions to make an impact in new product areas.  The brand has a big vision with exciting new possibilities and is looking for an amazing Senior NPD Manager to join their team.  

This is a hybrid role (3 days at the London HQ) with regular UK travel.
 
The Role

This is a great opportunity to be a key member of the Product Team in a broad role within a vibrant, entrepreneurial business. You’ll work with your manufacturing partners to develop inspirational products that are first to market and help the brand excel in their health-focussed categories.  You will take ownership of NPD and EPD projects within the stage gate process as well as take on product optimisation projects to ensure existing ranges are of the utmost quality. 

With your extensive knowledge of food, ingredients and trends, you’ll help develop new ideas, working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive product development.  You will help shape the brand direction and support the senior team to deliver strategic growth plans.

The Candidate 

We're looking for a talented NPD Manager who has the creative and commercial panache to deliver products for a fast-paced brand. 

You must have experience of managing products from concept stage through to launch.  Your experience will be from either a manufacturing, brand or retail environment but you must have proven NPD successes.  You must understand how to translate vision and strategy into viable products that are commercially sound.  Plant based or dairy product knowledge is highly desirable along with a food science / food technology degree.

As well as being a self- starter who can work autonomously, you will need to have superb organisational & prioritisation skills.  You’ll be a natural communicator with the ability to effectively manage, influence and engage key stakeholders.  Building strong relationships, working in collaboration and making things happen are demonstrable attributes that make you stand out.
