Then I have the position for you.

The client I am working with at the moment are recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to join their team and play a vital part in the smooth running of their operation.

You will be responsible for processing customer orders, working alongside national account managers, reviewing stock levels, and liaising with third party suppliers ensuring successful delivery to all customers.

What you need:

  • You need to be proficient in using excel, for example VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment
  • You must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good team player
