Job Details
Are you an experienced Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager? Experience overseeing Production/Operations and liaised closely with H&S, Quality and Engineering?
We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, renowned, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the manufacturing department, maximising plant efficiency, implanting CI and Lean manufacturing initiatives, leading and developing the team, improving performance, ensuring H&S standards are adhered to, work in conjunction with all internal departments, such as NPD, Technical and Engineering.
To be successful in this role you will need at least 5 years senior management experience within food manufacturing. Effective KPI setting ability, CI and Lean focused around cost reduction, waste reduction and line efficiency. Hands on approach to people development and coaching the team. Ability to work in conjunction with all internal departments.
