About the Role
You will use your account management skills to help drive the business forward. You will be driven and dynamic and be able to drive the Tesco relationship forward working closely with NPD and category teams. You will be a great relationship builder and help the business better serve Tesco and help them succeed. You will work closely with the Tesco buying team to problem-solve and be a go-to person to help them innovate and deliver on their categories and commercial objectives. You will utilise your Tesco knowledge to align the business with how Tesco operates and work closely with the Tesco Account Director to deliver this.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a Sainsbury's account and a proven track record of delivering results. You will have a proven track record of delivering commercial results with major food retailers. You will have chilled / fresh food experience and be able to work in a very fast-paced environment. You will be driven to progress in your career and will have the potential to be a senior commercial manager in ~2-3 years' time. You will have a strong network within Sainsbury's and understand how they like to operate.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have experience in managing a major food retailer, have fresh/chilled food experience and be dynamic and flexible to the needs of the business.
