HR Advisor

Our client is one of the leaders within their sector of chilled foods and we are exclusively supporting in the recruitment of a superstar HR Advisor.

Reporting into the Site Director, this is a standalone HR role in which you are responsible for all day-to-day HR. It's the perfect role to put your own stamp on and well suited to a personable and savvy HR professional who can effectively manage their own workload and enjoys high levels of autonomy and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities include:
*To manage the day to day running of the HR function
*Partner with managers across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
*Conduct grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations, and hearings with the support from the HR Manager
*Manage the leaver process for resignations and conduct exit interviews.
*Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing, and employee management/development
*Provide an advisory service to employees.

Skill Requirements:
*Qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 3
* HR experience in Manufacturing/FMCG (Food/Fresh Produce sectors advantageous)
*Excellent communicator with people at all levels
*Approachable with a fair but firm disposition
