Quality Technologist/ Auditor

They are now seeking a Quality Technologist to join their growing team and help them on their mission.

The Role

Reporting into the Quality Leader, you will help maintain quality for the new purpose-built site. The new site aims to be the first of its kind in the UK, allowing sustainable and innovative production techniques for natural products. In this factory based role, you will manage GMP & Quality audits, ensuring relevant documentation is completed and any non-conformances are reported. The role will also see you work practically in the factory to support with trials and sampling, ensuring food safety standards are met throughout. 

You will be tasked with aiding the implementation and management of quality management systems, seeking solutions and dynamic ways of working to ensure production success. You will also help with customer queries in a timely manner as well as investigate complaints to prevent future risk and initiate continuous improvement projects to uphold high quality standards within the company.

The Person

The company have an exciting and ambitious future ahead, so they are keen to find an adaptable food graduate with previous experience in a factory based quality technologist / quality auditor role. You will have technical / quality experience within a factory environment and is now looking to build on their quality management career. 

You will be passionate about all things quality and have gained fundamental knowledge about the food industry. You’ll also need to be proactive and able to use your own initiative, thinking outside the box to consistently reach and exceed high quality standards.

A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position.
