Salary: £28,000 - £29,000

Currently working with a leading food manufacturing company looking for a Quality Auditor (QA) Specialist to join their team. I’m looking for someone who's passionate about food safety and quality and has experience in a similar role.

As a QA Specialist, you'll be responsible for making sure all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and that the company are in compliance with regulatory requirements. This means you'll need to keep a close eye on the production processes, conduct regular audits, perform sensory evaluations and analytical tests, and investigate customer complaints and non-conformances.

To be a good fit for this role, a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field would be fantastic but not essential. Hands on experience in a QA role within a food manufacturing environment is though. You should also have a strong understanding of food safety and quality regulations and be able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
