Production Manager

We are currently working with a well-established food manufacturer with exciting years ahead looking for a Production Manager to join the team and support Operations.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong management ability and understanding of all Production processes, ideally chilled manufacturing experience background, proven track record of improving performance and team development, ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.

The focus of the role will be to support operations and managing day to day production, assisting production plans, adhering to GMP standards, people management and development, achieving KPI's, continuous improvement and health and safety. You will be responsible for overseeing and being hands on with the Hygiene department.
