As Graduate Product Developer this opportunity is designed to help you shape the fast-moving world of food manufacturing, it's a masterclass in training, structured mentorship, and feedback.
We have a lot for you to get involved in, from managing process requirements for new product development, travelling to retailers whilst working closely with on some of the best people in NPD.
You will need confidence in building and managing relationships. The confidence to build and manage supplier relationships. A love of innovation and food. An understanding of how to use processes and systems to deliver more efficiently.
It is essential to have a food (or related) degree and some experience within UK food manufacturing in NPD, Process or Technical.
