Production Manager (Night Shift)

Food Manufacturing

South Yorkshire

c.£50,000

Are you a night owl who loves the taste of success? Do you have a hunger for leading a team towards operational excellence? Look no further than this Production Manager vacancy at their South Yorkshire plant.

As part of a huge food manufacturing group, they have a long history of promoting and developing team members from within, you’ll be no exception. As night shift Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, hygiene, engineering and quality – acting as the most senior manager on site. It goes without saying, a huge responsibility.

The business has gone through some positive transformation and the night shift is one that needs a solid, reliable manager to bring it up to the standards of days. As a business who place continuous improvement as a priority, you’ll drive process improvement and people development while ensuring everyone in your team is on the same page and working to the best standards.

This is a foot in the door with a business that have fast-tracked the careers of so many, so if this might work for you then apply below or get in touch with Dan.

The right candidate will need to have a strong background in production management within the food manufacturing industry. Ideally, you’ll have worked night shifts before, but it’s not an issue if not.
