Technical Administrator - Pizza - Harrow 

• Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (office based)
• Salary up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the Technical team at our food manufacturing facility in Harrow. The site specialises in making chilled pizzas, employs around 850 people and is situated in North London, with good public transport links available. 

Duties

• Enter complaints information onto the database, run queries and analyse data, update on customer complaints investigation
• Assist in projects to reduce customer complaints
• Retrieve product samples directly from stores etc
• Prepare required business reports for internal and external use allowing suitable time for amendments to be made, in-line with submission dates
• Complete all document control requirements including updating factory specifications and documentation
• Coordinates sending off of nutritional samples with the QA team
• Undertake scheduled internal audits if required
• Contribute to customer audits and visit’s

About you

• Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to analyse information and accurately record or report in a clear and competent manner
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Access, Insight and PowerPoint
• The ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
