Mechanical Design Engineer - Hybrid Working

Keen to work within Motorsport Engineer and keep that work/life balance? This company is working hard to give their employees that balance and deal with some interesting projects at the same time!

This company are offering a Hybrid working package of a 4-day working week with 3 of those days being in the office, with 1 day being at home to complete a 40-hour week. Therefore, you can stay in the thick of it, liaising with clients taking design briefs and completing surfacing and modelling CAD models for their individual projects using their Creo CAD Software.

The company in question is the definition of an engineering consultancy, taking a variety of projects. Predominantly in the motorsport industry, you can be dealing with a range of clients for individual components, ranging through to whole Race Car restoration engineering projects. As a more senior figure in the team, you'll have ownership of an individual project, therefore be able to take it from conceptual design through to delivered to the client. Being on hand to the manufacturing team to overcome any hurdles in the process!
