Shifts: M-F, 3 shift rotation – Mornings, Afters & Nights

This Food Manufacturing site is going through one of their largest transformations of the last 40 years. They’re spending over £35m on a complete site upgrade and having spent the day touring it, I can confidently say it’s some of the most impressive equipment you’re likely to have seen.

This investment will allow them to almost triple their output with less lines and less machinery.

You could be involved in this.

The next 12-18 months are going to be challenging but are critical for the business. You’ll parachute in to lead a team of 70 (Production & Engineering) through a period of change, maintaining consistent output while being involved in the installation and commissioning of all equipment.

Fast forward 2 years and you’ll have invaluable project experience that most will never have the chance to experience.

You?

You need to be a proactive problem solver who loves to be out on the shop floor. We’re not asking you to re-invent the wheel but to relentlessly seek improvements and constantly come with solutions to day to day problems.

You’ll need a background as a Production Shift Manager in Food Manufacturing / FMCG as understanding the pace of change is key to your success.
