Salary: Circa 35k

Location: Gravesend with hybrid working 2 days per week

We are a thriving FMCG business that is expanding despite the current climate. Our new IT Manager joined around 6 months ago with a budget and mandate to modernize IT standards, and we are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to help her accomplish that goal. This position will be instrumental in optimizing the usage and service of approximately 40 IT systems, including MRP/ERP/MS 365, among others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for IT system analysis, projects, continuous improvement, and configuration, either directly or with vendor support. The ability to understand the systems, produce the right cases to increase productivity, and communicate effectively with vendors to set expectations and create a roadmap for achieving goals is essential.

We are looking for a business-centric IT professional who is focused on improvements and has experience with business systems or applications. Experience as a systems analyst or a strong support background is required. While knowledge of the manufacturing industry is preferred, it is not essential.
