Are you seeking an exciting and challenging role for a well-established FMCG business? If so, then this role could be an excellent opportunity for you!
My client is looking for a highly motivated Production Manager to lead the team and ensure a smooth and efficient running of the factory!
As Production Manager, you will lead and direct the team to deliver agreed KPI targets across Safety, Environment, Quality, Service, Cost, and People. You will need to be a great communicator and be able to liaise and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organisation, role-modelling key competencies and demonstrating visible leadership in line with company values.
You will have experience in a fast-paced organisation, an understanding of change and transformation programmes, project management experience, experience with culture change, and knowledge of CI tools and systems.
You must also have strong interpersonal skills, be well organised and able to prioritise effectively, and identify and effectively respond to risk and opportunity, escalating as appropriate.
