Job Details
We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site manufacturer who is looking for a Production Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for managing the production team and overseeing the plant process, developing short and long-term production plans, setting and reviewing weekly KPI's, focusing on all health safety and quality aspects, ensuring equipment is kept to standard and delivering continuous improvement on costs, labour and efficiencies.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience managing within the food & drink industry.
