Attention all manufacturing gurus! I’m on the hunt for an exceptional Factory Manager/Operations Manager to join a great food manufacturing group in Lancashire.

They’re a food manufacturing factory that's undergoing a cultural revolution and are looking for someone with the charisma and experience to lead the charge. As one of the country's biggest manufacturing groups with a turnover of over £500m, they're responsible for producing some of the nation's favourite food brands – and they need your help, as someone who can keep up with the pace!

As Factory Manager/Operations Manager, you'll be the brains behind the operation, ensuring the products are always top-quality and the team is always firing on all cylinders. You'll be a true people-person, able to build relationships with suppliers, customers, and most importantly, the hardworking team on the factory floor.

You’ll need to be a stickler for detail, with a passion for process improvement and a can-do attitude. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs like clockwork, from managing production schedules to making sure the facilities are always in tip-top condition.

You’ll have responsibility for on site functions, including Production, Warehousing, Engineering, Quality and Safety.
