HR Advisor

Our manufacturing client is a leading player in the FMCG market and is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Advisor to join the team. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has experience with day-to-day HR operations and is now looking for their next challenge within an award winning and highly rewarding business working within a well-oiled HR team.

The HR function is highly valued within the business at both a local and national level, with a sharp focus on continuous improvement and working towards a common shared goal. Management has strong working relationships with the HR function and building internal relationships and trust will be highly important.

Responsibilities include:
*HR operations
*Employee lifecycle processes
*Compliance
*Involvement in exciting ad hoc HR projects.

What you'll bring to the role:
CIPD certification would be advantageous (but not essential), and we expect to see experience within manufacturing and ideally within the food sector. However, experience within retail or similar fast paced industries will be considered.
You'll be a go-getter that can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and be comfortable making HR decisions.
