Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Devon

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a HR Strategy to support business growth and drive employee engagement and retention.
• Provide HR expertise to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that employees experience, engagement, retention, and development are top priorities.
• Manage a team of two across two sites, aiming to achieve consistency of experience and growth for all employees.
• Lead, facilitate, and support the HR Team and wider business in the delivery of exciting projects that help our client to become an exceptional place to work while maintaining commercial success.
• Manage complex change projects, ensuring strong project management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Use your network to find new ways of doing things, challenging the HR status quo.

Requirements:

• CIPD level 7 or above qualified or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong HR experience across a broad range of HR functions.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of business process changes.
• Demonstrable organizational design experience.
• Commercially astute and able to see the bigger picture.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent ER and Employment Law understanding and network.
